In our experience helping with renovations, we came to realize the importance of knowledgeable vendors who sell high-quality materials and offer full-service installation. We wanted to ensure that customers’ and designers’ imaginations would not go to waste — that their visions, even when ambitious, could be realized.
I am the co-owner of International Flooring and manage the Sales & Marketing departments. I have enjoyed watching IF grow for the last 20+ years and I am proud of the great relationships we have established with our clients. We meet weekly to find new ways to improve our products so that we can service our clients in the best way possible. The future looks bright and I look forward to meeting our future friends!
As a co-owner of International Flooring, I’ve been in the industry since 2004. Running a small business means I wear many hats, overseeing production, accounting, finance, and sales. After more than two decades, I still enjoy the work as much as I did on day one. What I love most is collaborating with talented architects, designers, and builders, and, most importantly, delivering complete satisfaction to homeowners.
Blanca, has been with IF since 2017. I enjoy working with this team because I love learning new things from them and meeting new people. I multi task and cover many positions in this company. I assist in projects, locate and order materials and also sell product only. I am a mother of 4 wonderful kids and grandmother to 1 beautiful baby girl.
Ivan has been with us for 5 years and we have become very dependent on him. Ivan is our “Jack of all trades” our “Punch out Guy” very detail oriented. Ivan helps us with all small repairs and installations. He also runs our warehouse and receives/delivers flooring orders.
Magdalena (Maggie) Villa joined International Hardwood Flooring, LLC in 2021 to manage the company’s accounts payable, receivable, and payroll. I enjoy working at IF because we’re like a small family. We all play a vital role in maintaining strong vendor and client relationships. I like to spend my free time with family and traveling when possible
Tonya joined IF in 2026. She has been in the flooring industry for many years and is responsible for business development, customer retention, and event management. She loves making sure designers and builders get the very best results and love the spaces they created for their clients! She is a graduate of Texas A&M and extremely involved with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. She is a wife and mother of 3, including twin boys and gorgeous daughter!
Yelena has been with IF since 2023. She oversees projects from estimating to completion working with designers, clients and builders. She also assists clients with selections making sure that materials meet both design requirements and target budget.
Yelena spends her free time with her family, fishing and travelling.
